Family and Children's Counseling Services

Family and Children’s Counseling Services has joined with the Chenango Forks school district to offer in-school individual mental health services for students and families in our community.  Services provided through the program may include:

Individual Mental Health Counseling

Group Therapy 

Family Therapy

Referral to additional services

To access a referral form, click here. The form needs to be mailed to the clinic (257 Main St. Binghamton, NY 13905) or can be brought in-person to the clinic or Chenango Forks Elementary. It cannot be submitted via emailed.
